12/case directions: adults & children 13 years & older: 1-3 sprays in each nostril every 4 hours. Children 3-12 years: half the adult dose. Children under 3: consult your healthcare provider keep head upright, insert nozzle into nostril & depress pump completely while breathing through nose. Wipe nozzle after.
